Etna erupts again
Etna volcano is erupting again, and airports in the vicinity, including Catania and Comiso, are having to limit their operation because of the black smoke cloud over the area.
Volcano enthusiasts have been taking some beautiful photographs of the bubbling lava spewing from the crater.
Etna, Europe’s highest volcano and also its most active one, erupts on a regular basis, but so far the authorities have not seen any cause for alarm and do not consider there are risks for those residing in the vicinity.
