Very Strong earthquake in Central California

A strong earthquake was felt in many parts of California and Nevada. The epicenter is located north of Ridgecrest, the place of last year's M7.1 earthquake. A foreshock sequence of quakes up to M4.5 preceded the new quake in the last couple of days.
