Tokyo is dressed in white, where the roads are covered with snow today, a rare

The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that up to 10 centimeters of snow could
fall in 12 hours, while it issued an alarm for the wider area of the
Japanese capital, the first since 2018, announcing heavy snowfall.
An official at Haneda Airport, one of Tokyo's two airports, told AFP that 118
domestic flights had been canceled, without being able to say how many
passengers had been affected.
No international flights have been canceled so far, another official said.
There have been delays on some of Tokyo suburban services, the JR East
Railways announced on its website.
