Magnitude 6.7 earthquake strikes Mindanao, Philippines region

An earthquake of 6.7 magnitude struck the Mindanao, Philippines region on Friday, the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The quake was at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) GFZ added.
