6.1-magnitude quake strikes off Indonesian coast

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 struck off the coast of the Indonesian island of Sulawesi on Tuesday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The quake's epicenter was registered 262 kilometers southeast of the city of Baubau, at a depth of 587.5 kilometers.

There have been no immediate reports of potential damage or casualties.
